The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is slated for unveiling on February 25, alongside the global launch of the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. Recent online leaks have provided glimpses of the yet-to-be-released flagship Ultra model. Previous leaks have hinted at key specifications such as RAM and storage options, as well as potential color variants and pricing for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
A recent report from MySmartPrice has shared high-resolution design renders of the rumored Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The renders showcase the phone in black and white color options, featuring back panels with a faux-leather texture. Notably, the large circular rear camera module stands out with a slightly raised bump compared to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
Beneath the black and gold bezel, a black round bezel surrounds the camera module, which also bears the Leica camera branding. On the right edge of the handset, the power button and volume rockers of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra are positioned, while the speaker grille, USB Type-C port, and primary microphone are located on the bottom edge.
As per a previous leak, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra model is rumored to debut with configurations offering 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB storage options. Additionally, the largest storage variant may be available in titanium, white, and blue color options. It is anticipated that the white variant will feature a leather finish, whereas the blue variant may offer a glass-back design.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is anticipated to offer the 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB configurations exclusively in black and white color options. Pricing for the phone is expected to start at CNY 7,299 (approximately Rs. 84,000), while the special titanium version may be listed at CNY 7,799 (roughly Rs. 90,100).
According to previous leaks, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is rumored to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and run on Android 14-based HyperOS. The device is likely to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Its quad rear camera setup may comprise four 50-megapixel cameras. Additionally, the handset is expected to come equipped with a 5,180mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
